Usage of Certificates:
  1. Any guest, owning a certificate, can use it. Certificates can be combined.
  2. The certificate is valid for one-time usage only, regardless of its value, for direct booking via a reservation module TL Booking Engine on the official website of the hotel or through the Reservations Department at the hotel without intermediaries.
  3. Please use the reservation module TL Booking Engine on the hotel`s official website to find an information for available rooms. You can use a certificate for available rooms for the dates of your choice. The departure date can not be later than the certificate validity date.
  4. When making a reservation for the selected by you dates, please indicate in the comment as well: “Please apply the valid certificate No. <certificate number> “. Certificate should be provided on paper upon arrival or sent by e-mail in advance.
  5. A Certificate purchased after a reservation has been made and/or not presented at the date of reservation will not be used for the current reservation. The hotel will not accept a surcharge with a purchased Certificate not presented at the time of booking reservation.
