Madara Restaurant offers a rich and varied menu of Bulgarian and international cuisine on buffet with modules for fresh salads, appetizers, delicious main dishes, desserts, children’s menu, show cooking and selected drinks.
We organize themed dinners, where we invite you on a culinary journey to immerse yourself in the spirit of the chosen destination.
Madara Restaurant has 220 seats indoors and 30 seats outdoors.
Lobby bar
Welcome the lovely terrace of our Lobby Bar after a relaxing day at the beach or for a fragrant coffee before heading to the eco trails of the nature reserve, and why not enjoy a selection of cocktails and drinks in the late evening in a pleasant company.
Sailor’s Bar
Sailor’s Bar is the place to hide from the sun and enjoy a cold beer with a snack or a cup of coffee in a pleasant atmosphere with friends.
Here we offer a late breakfast for those who choose to sleep late, as well as fruit, sweets, croissants and cold sandwiches for much of the day.
In the evenings, it is where you will gather with your family and friends while your children play freely in the hotel garden.
Pizza corner
Just a few steps from our outdoor pool at Pizza Corner, you can enjoy a freshly baked pizza, hot dog or fries.
Right next to it is our special ice cream cart, which is at your disposal during the hottest part of the day.

Our restaurant’s children module offers a carefully prepared healthy children’s menu , suited to the needs of your little ones.

Swimming pools
There are two swimming pools at Madara
Hotel – an outdoor pool with a section for children and an indoor pool. The outdoor pool depth is 0.70 m in the shallow end to 1.70 m in the deep end. The indoor pool is heated.
In the outdoor area around the pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas suitable for relaxing and sunbathing. They are available to all guests for free use. The hotel also provides beach towels.

Here you will not only find a variety of beauty services such as manicures, pedicures and hairdressing, but you will also be able to choose from a wide range of relaxing and therapeutic massages, tangentor bath and sauna.
Charlie Chaplin Hall
for film screenings and conferences
The hall is the place to enjoy quiet conversations with friends, play a favorite music on our piano, or check out a book from our library. Throughout the day in the hall, you can enjoy your favorite Charlie Chaplin or Tom and Jerry movies.
When organizing conferences the hall has a capacity of 45 seats, flip chart and multi-media.
